Mango is one fruit I think everyone loves, may it be adults or kids. My mango milkshake recipe is quite easy to follow. In such simple steps you can constitute a healthy, intoxicating and vibrant drink.
1 ripe Alphonso mango - peeled and cut into cubes
1 cup skimmed milk (You can use 3.25% milk if you want)
2 tbsp yogurt (optional)
Half tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp - sugar
In a jug combine all of the above ingredients and blend until it is smooth. Refrigerate for a few minutes and serve chilled!
