Phirni / Fereni / Rice Pudding With Rose Water


This is one of the easiest and simplest dessert recipes. Once you're set with all the ingredients, all it takes is half an hour to cook this sweet dish! The best part is that its really tasty :)

Ingredients:
1 liter milk
7 tbsp rice flour
2 tsp rose water
Half cup sugar

Method:
Mix the rice flour in the milk and transfer it into a deep bottomed non stick pan. On medium heat bring the milk to a boil and then add the sugar and rose water. Cook for 30 minutes until the pudding thickens.

Refrigerate and serve chilled! You can decorate the phirni with rose petals.
