Egg Puffs


Ingredients:
4 puff pastry sheets
2 boiled eggs cut into halves
A pinch of salt and pepper
A pinch of red chilli powder
Butter - to grease the baking tray

Method:
Lay the pastry sheets on a butter greased baking tray diagonally. Now place the halved eggs on the center of each sheet. Sprinkle the black pepper, salt and chilli powder on top of the eggs. Pull the left and right corners of the sheet and seal them by compressing the corners between your fingers.
Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. Bake until the pastry puffs up and turns light golden brown in color.

Serve with ketchup! :)
