Bread Pakoras / Bread Fritters



Ingredients:
5-6 tbsp besan/gram flour
A pinch of baking soda
Half tsp ginger garlic paste
Half tsp of turmeric powder
Half tsp of red chilli powder
A few sprigs of coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 slices of bread - each slice cut into 4 squares

Method:
In a mixing bowl add gram flour and then pour sufficient amount of water to make a thin to thick (in between) batter.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the bread and mix well.
Now dip the bread slices into the batter and deep fry the pakoras.

Serve with ketchup! Its a great tea time snack!
