Iftaar Special

Salaams,
As you all know Ramadan is just around the corner, I thought of introducing an "Iftaar" tab to my blog :) You can browse through a lot of recipes and dishes that are made during this holy month.

"Ramadan" is the Islamic month of fasting that lasts for 29-30 days. It teaches us discipline, patience, strengthens the will power and increases the sense of unity and brotherhood. Muslims refrain from eating and drinking, their fasts start at Fajr (just before the starting of dawn) and end at Maghrib (until sunset).
Iftar is the meal which is eaten after sunset during Sawm (Fast). Iftar is usually started with a date and water.
