Fried Rice


Ingredients:
1 cup boiled rice
Half cup frozen mixed vegetables (washed and drained)
Half cup cabbage - shredded
3-4 slices of red onions
1 green pepper - sliced
1 egg
Half tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
Salt to taste

Method:
In a wok heat 2-3 tbsp oil on medium heat. Now add the mixed veggies along with cabbage, onions and green pepper, saute for about 5-6 minutes between medium to high heat. Add the egg and black pepper and fry for 2 more minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, chilli sauce and black pepper.
It's now time to add the boiled rice. Mix it really well and fry for 5-6 minutes on high heat, stirring constantly. Drizzle the salt according to your taste.

Serve with Chicken Manchurian!! :)
