2 cups Pizza flour (you can easily find it at bulk barn)
Half cup warm water
1 can pizza sauce
Half tsp dried parsley flakes
Half tsp Italian seasoning
A pinch of black pepper powder
Half tsp chilli flakes
For the toppings I used:
1 chicken breast cut into very small pieces, fried in olive oil with salt and pepper until its tender
Half cup chopped tomatoes
Half cup chopped green pepper
Half cup chopped onions
Half cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
To prepare the pizza dough, take a medium sized mixing bowl. In it, add the pizza flour and gradually pour the warm water making a soft ball shaped dough. Cover it and keep it for 10 minutes in a warm place and let the dough rise.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Now a lightly greased 9 inch square baking pan press the dough firmly onto bottom.
Spread the pizza sauce and top it with all the toppings along with the parsley, seasoning, chilli flakes and black pepper.
Place it in the oven and bake 10 to 13 mins or until the crust is lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
