Fried Fish

Fried Fish
Ingredients:
4 Haddock fish fillets - each fillet cut into 2 pieces
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Half tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp gram flour
Half tsp black pepper powder
Half tsp cumin powder (zeera powder)
Half tsp coriander seeds powder (dhaniya powder)
1 tsp Fish seasoning (I used Shan masala)
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
Mix all the above ingredients except the fish to form a thick paste, add water if needed. Then apply to the fish individually and make sure it coats really well. Marinade for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Heat oil for frying on medium heat. Fry the fish pieces on both sides until it turns golden brown in color and crisp.
Serve with sliced onions and chutney or khatti dal :)
