Tuna Fish Cutlets

Tuna Fish Cutlets

Method :
First of all boil two medium sized potatoes , mash them and keep aside .
Now in a frying pan ,put 2 tbsp oil, fry 1 medium sized onion until it turns light golden brown . Then add 1 green chilly , 5-6 kadi pata leaves , 1 tsp ginger garlic paste , thodi si haldi, half tsp red chilli powder or according to your taste , half tsp zeera / dhania powder , 2 pinches of garam masala powder,salt to taste . Fry all of them for a minute and then add 2 cans of tuna fish to the masala (small sized cans, drain the water of the can before you add) . Mix the tuna fish with masala really well and fry for 1 minute .
Now add these mashed potatoes to the mixture , mix well , really well ! Add coriander leaves (hara dhanya ) .Salt to taste and a few drops of lemon juice .
Let the mixture cool down !
Make patties of the mixture .
If you do not want too much heavy cutlets , just fry these patties in oil (shallow fry) until brown as it appears above , enjoy with green chutney or ketchup !
But the other way of enjoying them is to dip them in a whisked egg , then dip them in bread crumbs , shallow fry until brown !



Goes great with ketchup :)
